TRCA Return Policy

Warranty on new or remanufactured equipment is 1 year Standard – unless otherwise noted.

  • Contact your sales person or send an email to resource@trca.com  to claim equipment that has failed within the 1 year warranty period. If the Operations Division is unable to fix the issue remotely; an RMA Number will be issued for equipment replacement.  Insure this number is clearly identifiable on the outside of the return packaging.
  • Once an RMA number has been issued it must be returned with 14 days of issuance.

Advance Replacement Shipping

  • TRCA will advance replace new or remanufactured equipment that fails out of the box for 30 days after shipment and a shipping tag will be sent via email for the return of the failed part. After 30 days the customer is responsible for the return and shipping of the equipment to TRCA for a warranty repair or replacement.
