Founded in 1991, in a garage in Denton, Texas, TRCA began as a simple seller of remanufactured telephone equipment. This involved receiving used devices, disassembling and testing all circuits, cleaning and repairing, repackaging and then selling the finished, refurbished equipment at a fraction of the cost of new. From these humble beginnings TRCA advanced into the role of Maintenance VAR in the late 1990s, growing and expanding into facilities in east Denton. In the late 2000s TRCA refocused to multi-site distributed networks and companies, adding Channel partnerships, Managed Services with helpdesk capabilities, Asset Management and Procurement specialties, and additional staffing to meet the service needs of our customers. We eventually evolved into today’s Service Integration and Management partner for some of America’s best-known brands.


TRCA is one of the largest service, warehouse logistics, cabling, carrier, and technology integrators in the United States.  Solid financially and in operation, TRCA has the service manpower and authorizations to provide a single cable drop up to implementing complex technology topologies.


Technology Resource Center of America owns and operates from an almost-100,000 sq. ft. technology center located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  Designed to support our clients daily requirements; it features electronics laboratories, data centers, redundant power system & network, NOC’s, technology kitting & warehousing, asset management, and a 24x7x365 National Support Center handling over 8,000 service transactions monthly.
